What is FAM?

Fertility Awareness is a unique and special gift you can gift to yourself! It is something that can never be un-learned, once you learn the method.

the fertility awareness method (FAM)

The Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) is an umbrella term used for a list of unique birth control methods which vary slightly in rules and calculation.

Fertility Awareness is following your body’s natural rhythm as a method to your health and wellbeing. Using your daily fertility signs without having to calculate past cycle lengths. FAM is hormone free, low cost and has zero side effects.

The specific method I use and teach is the Sympto-Thermal Method, which is daily observing two fertility signs throughout your menstrual cycle to determine your fertile versus infertile window.

The first fertility sign is observing your Cervical Mucus (CM) and the second fertility sign is taking your Basal Body Temperature (BBT).

Based on this study, the Sympto-Thermal Method is 99.6% effective with perfect use.
